The whole experience was smooth and friendly. I hadn't used this company before so was a bit unsure, relying on reviews. Excellent communications throughout, upfront about costs and turning up when they say they would. I did have to chase up as I'd waited several weeks for a part (beyond what I'd been told) and was wondering what was happening. It was in hand,and I received an immediate response, but that's the only thing I would have improved. Dan, the technician, clearly knew his stuff, and was really considerate and worked safely.
